UDA NIGHT RUN 2026 3 January 2026 – For the very first time, Angsana Johor Bahru Mall successfully organized a 5km Fun Run, attracting 2,000 participants and marking the kickoff event for the Visit Johor Year 2026 celebration. The event was graced by distinguished guests including Tourism Johor Director, Mohammad Nazrul bin Abd Rahim; Tourism Malaysia Southern Region Deputy Director, Awang Shawal Awang Sulaiman; Muhammad Ismail Dasuki, COO of UDA Land South Sdn. Bhd.; Mohd Nazri Jamiran, Senior Vice President of Investment and Property Management at UDA Holdings Berhad; Mohamad Zulkarnain Ismail, Johor State Director of Bank Simpanan Nasional; Imran Salleh, COO of UDA Angsana Sdn. This prestigious event was graced by YAB Dato’ Onn Hafiz bin Ghazi, Menteri Besar of Johor, and featured a wide range of exciting programmes showcasing the uniqueness of Johor, including cultural heritage, performing arts, local gastronomy, and interactive exhibitions by various districts highlighting the state’s tourism attractions, customs, and cultural diversity. One of the most captivating highlights and the climax of the event was the Visit Johor 2026 drone show, which mesmerised thousands of visitors by illuminating the Johor Bahru skyline with creative and high-impact visuals, symbolising Johor’s aspirations to become a world-class tourism destination.
