It was already out of service and closed for upgrading at the rooftop carpark, the upper floors are so dark and scary.

1st Floor Car Park Main Exit to Pusat Bandaraya

The signboard on the ceiling shows 'KELUAR PUSAT BANDARAYA, heads into the exit and main road, it has merging ramps into first floor and ground mezzanine floor.
